DTU Management Engineering has entered a research cooperation project with NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone). The project is called ”Articulation and externalization of service design methods, processes and tacit knowledge for solving social challenges.
The research collaboration project is between Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). The project aims at proposing methodology of service design for the societal challenge, through articulating and externalizing service design methods and processes, especially for solving societal challenges, from Scandinavian and Japanese practices, and systematize the collection as scientific design knowledge in applicable manners.
