Deadlines and registration

The prices for participation for the Summer School 2024 are as follows.

• MSc and PhD Students: 3500 DKK (approx 470 €)
• Academia: 5000 DKK (approx 670 €)
• Industry: 7000 DKK (approx 940 €)

The registration fee includes the welcome reception Monday afternoon, lunches Monday to Friday and snacks, tea and coffee on all days. There is also a social event on Wednesday as well as a dinner on the Thursday evening included. Accommodation and transportation costs before and during the summer school are not covered. Links to a payment portal will be shared with you upon acceptance into the summer school.

Notification on collection of personal data

You will be notified within two weeks of applying. The payment must be received two weeks after notification.
